The CircleResume platform is operated using the following primary hosting and infrastructure providers:
- Vercel Inc. — application hosting, edge delivery and anonymous analytics.
- Neon Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database.
- Upstash, Inc. — Redis cache and rate-limiting.
- Polar Software Inc. — payment processing and Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions.

European Union consumers
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was discontinued on 20 July 2025, following its repeal by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no direct successor platform. For cross-border disputes, you may contact your national European Consumer Centre via the ECC-Net information portal: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Romanian consumers
Under Law no. 38/2015 on alternative dispute resolution and ANPC Order no. 449/2022, you may submit a complaint to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor — ANPC) through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) system:
