Hosting and infrastructure

The CircleResume platform is operated using the following primary hosting and infrastructure providers:

  • Vercel Inc. — application hosting, edge delivery and anonymous analytics.
  • Neon Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database.
  • Upstash, Inc. — Redis cache and rate-limiting.
  • Polar Software Inc. — payment processing and Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the CircleResume platform, please contact us first at legal@circleresume.com. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith.

European Union consumers

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was discontinued on 20 July 2025, following its repeal by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no direct successor platform. For cross-border disputes, you may contact your national European Consumer Centre via the ECC-Net information portal: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Romanian consumers

Under Law no. 38/2015 on alternative dispute resolution and ANPC Order no. 449/2022, you may submit a complaint to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor — ANPC) through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) system:
