Built to make job applications less stressful

CircleResume started from a simple frustration: most resume builders are either too complicated, too expensive, or produce documents that look like they came from a template from 2009. Getting a job is already stressful enough — the tools you use to apply should not add to that.

The goal was to build something that lets anyone — a recent graduate, a career changer, someone returning to the workforce — create a clean, polished resume in minutes, without needing a design background or a monthly subscription to get started.

CircleResume is a browser-based resume and cover letter builder. You fill in your information, choose from a set of professionally designed templates, and get a print-ready PDF. The editor updates in real time so you always see exactly what your document will look like before you export it.

Who is behind it

CircleResume is built and maintained by Florentin Dumitrache, a software developer based in Romania. It is an independent product — not a startup with investors pushing for growth at any cost, but a tool built because the problem was worth solving.
